Market the condo and manage showings

• Utility, parking, and locker details
• Showing coordination and communication with prospective tenants

Offer Review

Once offers are received, I will help you review the details carefully and consistently.

We want to ensure:

• We have all documents needed to make an informed decision
• Terms and conditions protect you and your property
• Employment, income verification, credit report are reviewed
• Details are clearly outlined in agreement and not open to interpretation

It is important to carefully review each application to choose the right tenant for you.

Step 6

Follow Up

After the offer is accepted, I will follow up to ensure a smooth move-in.

Follow-up may include:

• Confirming deposit and preparing Ontario Standard Lease form
• Ensure utilities and tenant insurance are in place
• Assist with move-in procedures and any forms required by property manager
• Answer any questions that come up before and after your tenant moves in
