Oakville Condos | Prepare to make a good impression

Finding a condo you like is only one part of the rental process. Once you decide to apply, the landlord or listing representative will usually want to review information that helps them understand who will be living in the unit and whether the application is a good fit.

Before you start seeing rentals, it may help to prepare the following for submitting to the landlord:

  • Photo ID
  • Employment letter
  • Recent pay stubs
  • Credit report with score (download from Equifax.ca)
  • Reference and current/previous landlord contact information
  • Rental application form (sample form)
  • Any supporting documents or notes that may help explain your situation clearly

By preparing your documents early, we can move forward more confidently when we find the right condo.
